US Tariff Estimated Fees

We estimate the Tariff on goods will be 10% of the total order price + any government or processing fees. Please see a breakdown below: 

Estimated Tariff: 10% of the order price which is now shown at checkout
Estimated Regulatory Charges: Included in the processing fee and is now included in the shipping price.
Processing Fee: $21.99 USD flat rate which is now included in shipping price.

This is an estimation only and may be different to what you will be charged as the exchange rate and tariff, duty and processing fees could be changed by the US CBP or carrier at any time. Retrocity will do their best to keep charges the same, but in the instance of any changes which are out of our control, we will notify you as soon as possible. The charges remain the sole responsibility of the buyer and Retrocity has no control over these nor does Retrocity make any profit on any fees.

These charges are the buyers responsibility and are now included in your final purchase price from Retrocity and are charged to you at checkout. 

Retrocity takes no responsibility for the charges, but provides this information to the best of their knowledge based on information obtained from the CBP and carriers.

Retrocity only charges or collect Tariffs, Duties or Fees from the buyer at checkout for the US only. Retrocity does not charge any sales Tax on any items or orders and this remains the buyers responsibility.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay these fees before they can take delivery of their goods. Retrocity does not set or have any control over these Tariffs, Taxes, Duties or Fees, but will try and give as much information as we can to inform you of your liabilities. You are also recommended to check your own countries laws on any requirements you may have for importing goods from Australia.

If the buyer refuses the shipment due to any reason and Shipping, Tariffs, Taxes, Duties or Fees have already been paid by either Retrocity or the shipping carrier or have been reverse charged back to Retrocity, these charges will be deducted from the total refund amount of the return refund price.

By purchasing from Retrocity you agree to these terms. We have implemented a checkbox to help raise awareness but if this is modified, bypassed or fails to display for any reason, these terms still stand and are part of our overall terms.
