US Tariff Estimated Fees

We estimate the Tariff on goods will be 10% of the total order price + any government or processing fees. Please see a breakdown below: 

Estimated Tariff: 10% of the order price
Estimated Regulatory Charges: $1.50 USD
Estimated Processing Fee: $3% of order price

This is an estimation only and may be different to what you will be charged. 

These charges are the buyers responsibility and an addition to your final purchase price from Retrocity and are not charged to you at checkout.

Retrocity takes no responsibility for the charges, but provides this information to the best of their knowledge based on information obtained from the CBP and carriers.

Retrocity does not charge or collect Tariffs, Taxes, Duties or Fees from the buyer at any stage unless clearly specified. In some situations the shipping carrier or 3rd party may pay these Tariffs, Taxes, Duties or Fees up front on behalf of the customer in order to clear the shipment before arrival or due to government requirements and may reach out to the buyer for payment before delivery.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay these fees before they can take delivery of their goods. Retrocity does not set or have any control over these Tariffs, Taxes, Duties or Fees, but will try and give as much information as we can to inform you of your liabilities. You are also recommended to check your own countries laws on any requirements you may have for importing goods from Australia.

If the buyer refuses the shipment due to any reason and Shipping, Tariffs, Taxes, Duties or Fees have already been paid by either Retrocity or the shipping carrier or have been reverse charged back to Retrocity, these charges will be deducted from the total refund amount of the return refund price.

By purchasing from Retrocity you agree to these terms. We have implemented a checkbox to help raise awareness but if this is modified, bypassed or fails to display for any reason, these terms still stand and are part of our overall terms.

It is advised to contact us before refusing or returning any product so that we may work out the best solution for you.
