Replaces Capcom part numbers A0015505, A0015502, B0015500, B0015502

This board has been designed 1:1 to the original V2 board, using the original NOS XF00103 flyback transformer, and genuine LT1271 voltage regulator. All capacitors are long life Nichicon/Rubycon capacitors. Pin headers have been upgraded to Molex locking headers, and top and bottom ground plains have been added for higher ground efficiency.
